Hooked up 2 2620s with CSU/DSU modules. Pinned out a cable for it per instructions.

Programmed it for B8ZS, ESF, Internal and Line clocking, and timeslots all = 64. What am I missing for the line to come up?

My boss said I am missing encap HDLC. I am going to try that in the morning.

Yes, assuming I cabled it correctly. I have the correct pin out, but I could have made a mistake when I was constructing it. Since I don't have a cable tester....so if I can't get it up today I will build out another T1 X-over and see if that is it.

    NetEyeBall,

Here's the pinouts for an RJ-48C cable from the Cisco website.
