question about TMAs and exam?

I am a bit stucked with Javascript TMA 10.
So I was wondering, can I take Javascript exam, without submitting TMA10?

There's nothing to stop you from taking the exam without completing the tma's. I would recommend however that you try and complete it as it will no doubt help you with the exam! I also doubt you will be allowed to progress onto the next part of your course without completing all tma's in the section.
