Windows 95 OSR2, also known as Windows 95 (b), is an upgrade of the original Windows 95 package and includes patches and fixes for version 1, along with Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and Personal Web Server. It also includes an enhanced file allocation table system, referred to as FAT32.
