    Hmm - never seen that before, will keep that in mind for the future.

    It's the delay between the DC rails stabilizing and the Power Good signal being issued to the PC. No PG signal, no boot.

    Generally, a minimum of 250ms is normal.

    Having said that, if the PC boots, it's NOT a PG timing problem. Most modern machines ignore PG totally.

    Got it used for $35 on eBay, with probes and software. It runs on an old Sony VAIO Athlon 800 MHz notebook I picked up for $20 at government surplus equipment sale. No need to break the bank. :-)
