OK guys I really need some advice here.I have been asked to look into a backup for our proxy server. Now as some of you will know, I work in a school and we have to monitor the web pages that the kids ask for. Bascially stopping the pron etc. The reason I've put this here is that he asked for a linux solution for this.

Now I've loaded Ubunto into VMWare and I'm at present D/L the server version. I am a complete NOOB at this linux lark and need to get some form of solution to this, although there is no deparate rush but I really need to get my head around this.

    So my question is ....................

    PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
