    Well, its finally happened. After 9 long months working towards it, my promotion has been officially announced to the company.

    I am now an Analyst Developer, rather than a Software Developer. 8)8)

    Nothing I havent been doing already for the last 9 months. mainly they involve estimating my work, and arranging the payment. other than that its the same job.

    Thanks guys. Believe theres a payrise, but I havent had the letter confirming the amount yet. I have an idea, but nothing definate.

    It does also bump me up a paygrade, entitling me to healthcare too.
