When rolling out the Office Backward Comparability pack via group policy, we are having some issues whereby the software is not installing fully

I have extracted the msi and cab file from the executable

So i have the o12conv.cab and the BCP.msi however when rolling out, i have found that the files in the cab file, which contain the MOC.EXE are not being installed on the client computers.

When running this install manually however, everything works as should

Please advise, much appreciated
