yes man! now i can view the result!

you said drop down box yes this was the mistake

i create the file with notepad then saving but
in drop down box since selected format is txt , it got it
php.txt

 

If you will use tools like Kompozer you will be able to view your pages as you go. That way you will know where to look for something if you have scripts that aren't working when/if Apache isn't serving them correctly.
