Print out cert v the one you can order

I got my email from MS today with my log details and went to the area so you can print off your cert and found it looks pretty rubbish as it doesnt really say what exam I have passed just that I am an mcp.

Is the one that you can order any better, ie on card, golld crest stamped or anything like that or would i be better off just printing the cert off on some photo qaulity paper?
