Funny you should say that, twizzle. I'm making arrangements for copies of the book to be sent to the UK and a contest at CF for copies signed by the lead author (me) can be arranged. Downside is that the copies for the content won't be available to you all until January.

What we can do is get a copy of trip's signature scan it, buy a few copies of the book, I'm sure it will be available in the UK soon enough, stick the scanned signature inside and make a tidy profit, oops did I say that out loud?
