I think something that has help me back is my clothes (being poor lol), so this week I spent £235 quid on a rather spiffing suit (which was in a sale), for an interview this dinnertime (today).

Sadly the agency have not arranged with the HR person who allegedly is now on holiday so I find myself with an expensive suit, and no where to go.

Still least I have it for the next interview.

Job hunt is not going to plan lol.

The only other places i can think that people who wear suits are funerals and strip clubs.

I have no funerals planned :S

To my last interview, I wore cheap 'school' type trousers and shirt and tie combo from ASDA, not exceeding £20 lol

Maybe it's due to my immaculate charm, handsome looks and graceful aura i have about me eh...

Don't know who said it first but "dress for the job you want, not the job you have."

EDIT: And someone in downtown Manhattan once told me "you can't get the time of day around here without pinstripes and wingtips."

I have a pin stripe suit, but it is a £100 from Burtons. I'm not sure wether to get it dry cleaned or buy another one!! heh

 

So next stop the strip clubs?

 

Well if my college 10 year reunion wasnt on the same day then id join y'all in birmingham and lead the way there ;)

 

Take the filthy reunion crew there in a mini bus
