Erm, where I was a couple of years back. Next week, I start as Support Engineer after serving Helpdesk dues. All cos I got off me arse and did A+ .. and the next ... etc .... Go for it

 

Thanks for the encouragement guys, downloaded the free study guide from cramsession and I'm already halfway through it, a lot has come flooding back

Well got my 6 month contract from argos doing customer services, still stuck on 26 hours a week and a wage I was earning back when I was 19, so looks like I'll be looking to supplement this income in other ways.

No just courier companies having no concept that others have to work as well, so they shoved a card through my letterbox.
