i'm thinking its supposed to be a scroll - it has the star of david on it. am i right?

 

It's very pretty and most likely of a symbolic and religious nature. I just know that I am going to be so embarassed now for even asking when Trip sees this.

I tried to find something relative to "christmas linux" but Si said it was too big (I know how to link to a graphic in my sig but even tho I've resized the thing, I don't know how to upload a static image from my laptop to the sig...if it's possible).

Since I mentioned in another thread that I don't celebrate Christmas and the subject of Channukah came up, I tried googling a "channukah banner" and came up with that wee Torah scroll. I'm providing numerous definitions or the term "Torah" for reference Here

about uploading a static image...why not host it on imageshack?

I don't think it is possible to upload an image from your laptop to your sig.

Trip ISP's usually give you some free web space. You should use that and FTP your images to it and then link them here.

If you like, you can always email them to me and I will upload it for you.
