Banshees pups are doing great Tinus.:biggrin They are fat and sassy. Started them on watered down dog food Tuesday and they love it. They have just started the playing with mommy and each other stage so I am having a blast watching them try to stand on wobblie legs playing with each other. They are amazing though. I have pee pads down right at the end of their bedding and they actaull go to it and are peeing on them. That really surprised me. Don't get me wrong, the bedding stills get wet and I'am doing laundry for them everyday to keep everything clean but it still amazes me at 3 weeks that some of them are doing that.

First of all, I did not know this slang meaning. I apologize for my ignorance.

Yes, they don't want to sleep on a wet, smelly bed so they will pee and poo in an other place (that is, if they make it that far in the short time they feel they have to go and the time they can not hold it any longer).
Banshee is still feeding them or is she starting to take that to a minimum? Those small fangs can be razor sharp and I sure it will hurt her a lot when they start teething. That should be about now I think (3 to 4 weeks).

Tinus, please don't apologise for your ignorance... after all i'm not going to apologise for my sewer of a mind!!

No one can be expected to know all the slang terms that are around, especially if English isn't your native language.

I'm just glad its dogs Mitzs has got and not some buck toothed flat tailed riverside living wood chewing mammal!

Mitzs, if only kids could learn to pee in the right place at 3 weeks. Glad the fluff balls seem to be doing well. Just wait till they strt chewing the furniture.

:biggrin I know you did not mean it that way and I did not take it that way.

No, banshee still feeds them alot. They are just so big for their age though that she can't keep them fed now like they would wish. It does not help either that she only has 9 utters instead of 10. She does not lay with them all the time though. She is getting away from them but still very protective. While her utters have been red and chaffed since she had them they have not started biting her yet. She does not even have scratch marks from their little paws so they are still gentle on her. To be honest I'll be happy when she is not feeding any more. I worry more about her then those little glutons.

LOL. I found the slang term here:

    http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/puppy

Never heard the term used in that way before but as BM can testify, there are a lot of slang terms I don't know.

Ha! The little demons will be outside in the dog house by then with a heat lamp if they do not all sell.

My house is not even a 1000 feet. No way I could live with 11 dogs in it plus joe. And joe just refuses to move out there in the winter.:biggrin
