hello there, i've been working in IT since 2003, first working as 1st line helpdesk support and now i have been 2nd line support for the last 3 years. I have been exposed to general network administration tasks and am aiming for a server admin role or technical specialist role with my next job.

This is my personal profile, i know its not the best but its kinda late and im gonna hit the sack and hopefully will have some critique by tomorrow!
