First of all, I've no intention of sitting the latest version of the exam. :D

But I was wondering whether I should buy some of the books for the latest version of the exam to keep up to date?

Or should I use my existing books, ignore the obsolete technology (bus topology?) and concentrate on TCP/IP?

You generally keep "up to date" by working in the field. ;)
