ITIL next, eh?! Phew. Good luck mate.
Personally I can read technical stuff all night, but 3 mins with a management book has my eyes dropping. It's the jargon that kills me. I swear management is 50% redefining English words so that only other management-initiates know what the hell you're talking about. A colleague's training me on Prince2 at the moment -it's alright, but my heart's more in learning Linux.
