    Well, that was fun.

Exam split into two section of 25 questions each.
First section had about about 20 questions each of which had 3-5 pages of friggin' text... NOT the kind of thing you want to see early in the morning when you haven't even had your first cup of coffee!!!

Coulda done better if I had put some effort into learning WDS and all those extra commands/procedures for managing WIM files etc... so just be warned, know how to deploy your Win7 boxes.

Also, if you've done your Net+/A+, some other questions may become considerably easier to answer (especially one with a diagram comes to mind... but can't say more without breaking the NDA).

Yay, now I got my yearly objectives completed and my boss is happy :) Need to book another two exams now!

p.s. does anyone know if 682 can be used as an elective along with 686 to get an Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 certification, or do you still need to do the 680 separately?

682 counts as 680 in all certification tracks, so yes.

There was a period of confusion where Microsoft didn't get their act together, so even after the exam was released it didn't reflect. Was amended last September.

Congrats on the pass man, it's a weird exam that's for sure.

Sadly, the website doesn't mention 682 as being an elective... But thanks for the confirmation, I'll try to squeeze that in as well, and hopefully 665 gets released soon.

But boss breathing down my neck, wants me to do the Exchange 2010's because by doing so, we are "allowed" to do EDPS engagements as well. Oh well... work work work :p

    No worries. :)

Hah, tell me about it. I'm in the same boat. Configuring 2010 Exchange booked for the end of the month. Totally winging it too *joy*
