with 920 yesterday. I also took the 620 (Vista) exam straight after and passed that with something like 880.

I was just wondering if any of you had problems with grammar in the 70-290 or was I wrong to think some things were worded incorrectly?

The wording on MS exams is always good fun. Try a Cisco one! Half of the difficulty there is trying to understand what the questions are actually asking.

Congrats on your pass though! :)

Well done and congratulations on the passes!

Could you perhaps write a Study Guide on how you passed two exams in one day so that other members can learn from you.

I could maybe see about putting something together. But, most of my learning was on the job. I didn't study for the Vista exam. I just glanced through the Objectives.

For the 290 I just skimmed the MS Press book a few months ago (most of my time has been taken up lately reading Cisco stuff which I am just beginning to truly grasp).

To be honest, two hour drive to the testing center and an unpaid day off (as I'm a contractor) was enough motivation for me!

But yes, as I said I will see about putting something together as soon as I get a chance :biggrin

I hope to complete my MCSE before xmas. Do only thing that could stop me is $$$ I think.

All the best with your studies!

    Congrats!

Although I don't recall any, it wouldn't be surprising. I am unsure of whether 70-290 was written by people who learned English as a secondary language, but I do know that Microsoft Learning HAS outsourced the creation of several of their exams to non-English-speaking countries since that time.

Yes, I was thinking something along the same lines.

Although, I can't brag about grammar!
