Just thought I'd drop in and let you guys know that I passed the 601 today, 870/900.

I'm tempted to book the 602 for next Friday, although it might be a bit hastey.

Well done on the pass

If you feel confident book the exam, I found the 602 a lot easier than the 601, for me the 601 had too many ambiguous questions in it.

 

Yeah, thats what I've heard mate. I'll probably book it, I'll mull it over, over the weekend.

 

You did well on the 601 so I would think you will be alright on the 602. I did both mine on the same day one after the other, I just barely passed the 601 and I went into the 602 thinking I'm gonna fail this one but I aced it

How many people were taking the exam at the same time?

I noticed that i was the only person in the place doing the A+. The place that i sat the exam only books A+ on Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings.

 

There was one bloke already doing it as I walked in. Then when I was half way through my exam, another bloke walked in, but I think he was taking a different test.

I'll probably end up booking my 602 for next week, simply because it'll get the better of me!

I'd say go for it. I did my exams over two consecutive Wednesdays.
While I did find the second one (602) trickier, it wasn't so bad.
While it is partly luck of the draw (AFAIK) regarding the questions you get, if you feel ready, you probably are. And there's a fair safety margin in case you get nasty questions.

In the end it's your knowledge and your money - but if I were you, I'd get it done.

I think your summary of the 601 nails it for me, del_port. Every now and again, a question would pop up which I found difficult to answer.

Zig, I'll probably book it for next Friday. The desire to just get it over and done with is getting the better of me.
