I have heard people like trip and tg talking about vmware. However, I've not used it myself. Stay as far a from linux as I can.

Install Windows first then install Mandrake, it will do everything for you, Mandrake is very good. It even sorts out the boot loader for you, so you can choose what you want to boot in to.
