    Hi guys n gals,

Just a quick question... I want to print out an e-mail and show that it had an attachment but not actually print out the attached file. When I goto print preview I can see the body and the Icon for the attached file, only problem is I want the icon to be printed out at the end fo the e-mail:

    Dear sir

    la la la

    Thanks

    (Attachment Icon)

At the moment it looks like this:

    (Attachment Icon)

    Dear Sir

    la la la

    Thanks

I hope someone hear knows what I'm talking about because I certainly don't lol

    Thanks

so you want the icon to be printed at the bottom rather than the top?

indeed but i've just figured out what the problem was, basically I wanted to print an e-mail that I had sent out. Basically I went to tools>options>mail format and selected MS Outlook rich text. Now when I create and e-mail, send it, then goto my sent box and print it out the attachment icon is being printed at the end.

I was lucky to find it.

    Thanks
