We run an exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, a user wants to share a distribution list with everyone on the network, but they only want to share this and not any other contacts or distribution lists. From his contacts I can not see a way to share only this distribution list? I can share all his contacts but he dos not want this.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    Cheers.

MS obviously made it easier to do with 2007 - Link

    A) I've already linked that article.

    and

    B) The OP is working with 2003 and not 2007.

Because your original post was referencing the wrong suite therefore providing the wrong answer.

Also the option of putting the distribution list in a public folder instead.
