    Hi All,

I work for a Local Authority and we've just changed our Mail client and moved to Outlook from Lotus Notes. All users are on either OL 2003 or OL 2000.

There is an issue with people using generic Mailboxes in 2000. Is there anyway to make the 'From' field Autopopulate depending on which mailbox the user is in (assuming the mailbox has being added into their own profile and is in the folder list) - and is there a way to make the sent items go to the specific mailbox 'Sent Items' rather than their personal 'Sent Items'.

I know there tools that can be added in to manage them but is there any other way round this? I can't even see a clear rule that can be set up.

    We're using Exchange 2007

    Thanks everyone,
    David
