    i found opti-time but the other 2 dunno -

    my old work place are advertising and i quote

    the preferred knowledge/skills/quals its a piece of piss, but i wanna know something about the other two...

    perhaps, i should find some inside info...

    the keyfax name seems to be used for many different types of software but the most common seems to be the software used in music MIDI sequencer type keyboards.

    What does this company market?

    HHT acronym is used for hand held terminals but it is also used for a multitude of other things :blink

    Agreed. Just knowing what those things do will not enable you to say that you've got experience/knowledge/skills using them. If they ask, just be honest and say that you've not used them before, but you're willing and able to learn.

    thats what im planning to do anyway... be straightforward, tell them that i dont knw feck all about those, but them mention i knew feck all about their inhouse management program, and ended up training other people... that should help
