Morning to you all, am on strike for 2 days. So a useful time to study for the OS exam for A+ which I have to sit next tuesday evening. I have been trying to study since September, but cant seem to keep anything in my memory. Shame we cant upgrade our selves like we can most computers.

When I was studying for that section, I took large sheets of butcher paper and drew relational diagrams to help me absorb the concepts...especially memory space. A recent thread in the Cisco forums has shown me an easier way to accomplish the same task using Mind Maps (clickable link).
