Title says it all really. I picked up a bargain of Ebay last year and it's a great printer (tho' a bit big stuck in my hallway with a network cable trailing upstairs :biggrin ).

Prints like a dream except that anything on A3 it prints text only and no graphics (A4 prints graphics/pics fine).

Been all through the driver and can't find any setting.

    Anyone any suggestions ?

Just rang thru to Oki Support who seem just as puzzled. They suggested using the PS rather than PCL driver but it has made no difference :(

Narrowed this down a bit further. If I save Word file as pdf and then print it to A3 all is ok so seems to be an issue with Word 2010.

Which PCL driver are you using? If it's PCL 6 try downgrading to PCL 5 (I think it's PCL 5e but not sure).

I had a chat with Ricoh engineer and he said that's the first thing they try if something is not right and it's not the device that's faulty.

    Might be worth a shot.

    Good luck!

    WIP: Uhmm... not sure
