Well, after a good few weeks study, revision and practice tests....the MCDST defeated me again today. Exactly the same score as last time which has put me in a really bad mood.

I was going to (if I had passed) upgrade the MCDST to a Windows 7 Cert, is that still an option as ideally I'd like to work towards a MCSE / MCSA.

In all honesty I think I just set myself too big a challange. I have only been doing HelpDesk for 6 Months and perhaps it was too much too soon.

Oh well, onwards and upwards as they say. Time for a month off studying for stuff I think :biggrin

Don't feel too bad mate, at least you you didn't fail the 271...twice... like myself.:x

Although I don't work in IT at the moment I thought at the time it at least seemed doable, which it is provided you study THOROUGHLY or use XP on daily basis or in a work environment. Which I did neither of.

Much like you, I'm back to studying for the N+.
