    Hi

I got an ABit NF7-s 2.0 motherboard in january and have had a really annoying problem with sound outputs on it.

I basically want to have both stereo and headphones connected so I don't have to switch connectors every time. This worked with my old motherboard when I used a Trust 5.1 soundcard and I could have my stereo and a pair of headphones connected.

I can't do this with the onboard sound (Nforce 2) on the Abit board, I have tried pretty much every configuration I can think of. Even if i run the card in 4.1/5.1 mode there is no sound from the headphones. When I run the Nvidia speaker setup app there is sound from both the speakers and headphones strangely enough, but when the speaker wizard finishes there is no output from the headphones.

Anyone got any ideas before I go and buy a headphone splitter?
