I just read the last bit of that report:-

Computers running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000 that are not fully patched are all vulnerable to the virus.

So basically everyone except linux users are screwed.

Use IE on an unpatched PC to access the Internet and you are begging for trouble.
