newbie. in need of help for first IT job

    hi all, im currenlty finishing my alevels in IT at college and i have little idea of what jobs i can apply for with my qualifications. if any one could give me some advice id be extremly grateful :). thanks

    You could try for 1st line support jobs and trainee jobs however I suggest you get some entry level IT certifications too such as compTIA A+, compTIA Network+ and MCTS windows 7.

    thanks for the welcome everyone :). anyone else got any suggestions with what line of work i could go into. im completly at a loss my college has pretty much failed with helping me with what to do when i leave :/. here are the current qualifiations i have: OCR level 1 for IT practitioners, level 2 BTEC first diploma for ICT practitioners and im almost finshed my A-levels in IT. again any help would be much appreciated. and thanks for the welcome again guys :D
