Hello all, Neil here living in Hull (originally from Whitley in The Toon).

I'm Development Manager for a Software House and I'm repsonsible for the companies 16 Developers spread over three distinct product areas.

I've been with the company myself nearly 12 years (in IT for 15 years), and joined as an A/P and worked my way up.

I'm mainly a Project Manager now, directing and allocating work and sometimes miss my time as a front-line developer.

I'm mainly here to get recommendations for training material as I put my team through the stages of MCSD. I've been on the introduction course for VB .Net Programming (2559) and will be having ago at learning the material for the 70-316 course to understand what the developers are going through.
