    Hi all

I am new (joined 8 moths ago) to the forum and is currently exploring the possibilities to get practially trained in Networking on a part-time basis. I am based in central southampton and I can't find a suitable one till now. Hope some one will be able to help me with suggestions.

    Many thanks

    Hi

Actually I have a Masters in Software Engineering from Solent Univeristy. Now I am looking forward to a career in Networking , may be in the Network+ route. I have a very good theoretical knowledge of Networking Technologies and I have almost fully grasped " Upgrading and Repairing Networks " by Scot Mueller. Now I need practical training to begin with.

    many thanks

Well, if you are taking a look at the network end of it, and one of these books will get you started in the right direction. CCNA is a good route also.
