Hi i just joined this site.
Im 22 & currently working p/t as customer service & doing a computer course when i not working. My IT instructor ask if i wanted to go into IT support in future & gave me a quick intro of what it is, it sounded good, if so i to do a Comptia A+ course in near future.

So hopefully i get some tips & pointers here about this course.
