    Hi everyone.

    I'm Lance, and I'm a network specialist with a small but growing company in Detroit. I have been looking into possibly switching careers to web design (I know, pretty different than networking) but it's been tough given how busy I am at work.

    Hoping to get some good advice here and perhaps offer some of my own.
