    Hello,

I'm interested in learning how to fix hardware and software issues in Windows and even Mac OS. I've swifted through the threads and some have helped but there are so many certifications that its confusing to find which route to go through. Obviously the road map thread has helped.....

.....but I was curious if I go through A+ then Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or what route would I have to take?

    Welcome to CF.

There is no prefect answer for which route to take. A+ and N+ are entry level certs which are worth considering.
