    So I have been fairly quiet over the last couple of days as my hands have been busy with a new addition to the family.

    My wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Tuesday afternoon, both mum and baby are doing really well.

    Anna Christina was born at 1.30 weighing in at a healthy 7lb 4oz's. Delivery was really quick (2 hours 10 minutes for the entire delivery once proper contractions started). It was an hour an a half from entering the hospital to birth and no pain relief used at all.

    Really happy and proud father and husband at the moment :)

    Simon,

    Congratulations on the birth of your son, its an amazing experience and I'm sure by now a couple of days in your getting used to those middle of the night ring in game shows already :) What a fantastic christmas present.
