Network+ 2009 Tomorrow!

    Okay, i'm nervous. I've had very little time to study for it! To late to go back now...:dry

    Any last minute tips would be greatly appriciated. :)

    I'll let you guys know how i get on...:twisted:


    Time to brag, I did Four and a half days revising. Hardcore. (10+ hours a day with little breaks) I had average knowledge of Networking beforehand, revising increased my knowledge greatly. (Measure-Ups, Mike Myers Book, practice exam questions we're very useful, and GOOGLE) I passed with 865 in around Twenty minutes, I rushed it but felt very confident on the areas. Infact, it was really basic questions. I majorly over revised I guess... Thanks to Josiahb on the last minute focus areas! ;)

    Wireless, subnetting, authentication and encryption!

    Few weeks I guess, I'm not sure Measure-ups' are a good source to see if you're ready, however i've been reading the Mike Myers book too. Various other practice exams... :biggrin

    On the night before the exam and in the morning read through your notes or cram sheet a few times. Good luck! :)

    I find it best of I do no studying and just relax the night/morning before an exam. Each to their own though.

    Good luck with the eXam, whatever motivates you I support. I'm giving my N+ eXam later this week..

    Wireless, subnetting, authentication and encryption. If you've concentrated on them and can relate networking kit back to the OSI model you'll do fine :)
