Hi folks I’m new to this. I need some advice on my exam prep, quiet confident with 4 of the 5 sections but I'm having trouble with section Troubleshooting Network Protocols and Services. I was wondering from your experience folks, what are the most important contents to cover in this section. I got my exam on the 20th of November so any advice would be much appreciated.

P.S Are the actual exam questions as difficult as the practice exam questions?

    I can't say for 2 reasons:

    1. The NDA that we have to agree to &
    2. No two exams are the same, exams questions are taken from a pool of questions. So while 1 exam may have more questions on X, another exam have have more questions on Y.

One thing that I've noticed is that practice exams (in general) are a fraction harder than the real questions on the exam. But don't make the mistake of going over the practice questions over and over again, otherwise you'll just remember the questions from the practice exam instead of the objectives that you're suppose to know/learn for the real exam itself.

so the best bet is, to practice the exam questions in the back of the book and go over the practices outlined in each chapter?:(
