Same here. Unfortunately I regret not checking here before going there for interview. :(
    Had call from Maria N.

It seems scam for me in 3 ways:
    - They get money and run away
    - They get money but training/exams are so hard you are unable to finish it
    - They get you a job which you are not pass through test period (3 months?)

Good idea would be to check if they really have Microsoft Certification (normal + gold), if not, then they have fakes on the walls.

Now, the problem which many of you haven't mentioned is:
    We (I) gave them:
    National Insurance Number,
Name of the Bank you have,
    Date of Birth,
    Full name,
    E-mail,
Information if we already have credit card,
    Signature,
    etc (+address from CV)

    Those data is highly delicate,
For me it is quite important that they will be unable use them, any ideas how can I check that or how can I ban them from doing that ?

    Last but not least:
Post from "Jhur02", representation of that Academies International only specifies even more that they highly unreliable, using e-mail with @googlemail is pathetic for a company like that.

I was also scammed by The Business Development Academy and I hope my
apalling experiences will be a warning to others.

I attended the London site in May 2009. It was ill-equipped and badly
taught. Start and finish times were ignored. There were no books. We had to
share computer equipment and even installation CDs (which were unlicensed
    copies of the software).

It was impossible to learn in that environment, so I complained. Nothing was
done about my complaints, so I quit. TBDA promised me a replacement course
but could not guarentee a decent level of instruction so, in the end, I
instructed a solicitor. TBDA never replied to the solicitor's letter and I
could not (for obvious reasons of being in need of a job) afford to continue
    the action at the time.

I have consulted Consumer's Direct and the CAB and written to Watchdog, but
    without success.

At the moment, I have another solicitor who is prepared (for a fee) to look
at the case and, if it is hopeful, sue the company on a 'no win, no fee'
    basis.

Another option I am considering is the small claims court but I don't know
    much about it.

More evidence of the scam may be found here:
    http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/01216165180 and here
    http://illandancient.blogspot.com/2009/07/what-have-i-gotten-myself-into-now.html.

I really feel that this dreadful scam needs to be exposed and its
perpetrators punished. If anyone can think of a way we can combine to sue
them, then I am in with you. Surely there are enough of us with enough
evidence to close this dishonest firm down (and reclaim our losses).
