hello eveyone just re-formatted a laptop and the My Computer icon has not appeared on the desk top, its in the start menu does anyone know (thats a stupid question) how to change the setting so it shows up on the desk top. cheers

told you it was a stupid question, should put my glasses on more often and read what it says in properties.

right mouse click the desktop
click on desktop tab
click customize at the bottom
add my computer icon to desktop
