Sorry to sound harsh but why would someone want to do this? Moving their MCP transcript from your company back to whoever they are going to use it for is likely to be a PITA and it's fraud as far as your company is concerned.

I feel uncomfortable with this, I am sorry.

 

I've talked to our Microsoft representative. It is not fraud. You are welcome to check it out. I do understand the concern - I hesitated to pursue this option until I had verified it as acceptable to Microsoft.

As for "getting stripped of your hard work" - not sure how that'd happen. You still have full control over your MCP ID. Parking it with my company doesn't give us control - it's merely an association. And if you need it for another job, let us know - the only thing you'll lose out on is the money once you've transferred it to your new company.

 

I should add that I'm comfortable enough with this to post our company's name: Linden Technologies, Inc. We are headquartered in Portland, OR, and we offer a program through our autopayments . com domain to utility customers.

 

No worries. Like I said - I DO understand. It's weird!
