MOS & MOUS Exams/Objectives

Does anyone know if there is any difference between these exams. I'm looking to get the MOS cert. If I use Office XP (2002) books and sit the XP exams will this be OK or is the MOS exam based on Office 2003 ?
Help, I'm confused.

As far as i am aware, i understood it that pre 2003 was MOUS and the new 2003 onwards were MOS qualifications.

 

The MOS can be done on 3 different tracks, 2003, XP & 2000 http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/officespecialist/requirements.mspx
It depends on what you use most, either at home or work. Most workplaces will be on Office 2003, & 2003 is the most up to date of the 3 tracks. You should also check what exams are available at your nearest testing centre.

 

It was called Microsoft Office User Specialist, but is now just called Microsoft Office Specialist.
