Hi experienced people.
I failed first time for stupidly spending too much time on a couple of questions I was not familiar with.

What I would like to ask you:

1. Do the keyboard shortcuts work or not ???? If they do, that can save a lot of time. (I did not try myself)
2. What happens with the skipped questions? Do they come one by one at the end or are you presented with a list of skipped questions to pick by choice ?
3. When I clicked "Skip" some weird message popped up and ate a lot of my time. In the introduction it was not explained that if I click "skip" there will be another message to read. It was quite long and had the word "RESET" in it. I got so panicked I did not understand anything, just clicked "OK". This message in the middle of the exam was totally unfair. What is this message about ??? I don't want to spent time on it again, bu I wonder is there anything important in it.

Called Certiport, they forwarded me to Microsoft because these were "exam-specific" questions.
To my surprise, when I called Microsoft, they forwarded me back to Certiport for exactly the same reason - these were "exam-specific" questions.
I told them I already had talked to Certiport, so then they tried to forward me to the exam centre. However I already had talked to the exam centre. They know nothing about the exam, their answer was "we only provide a room, a proctor and a computer"
