Where is the best place to get the mock tests for server2003 exam. I need to pass this by the end of April and cant locate a transcender naywhere and grudge paying the full amount.

Any help would be appreciated.

They are a bit pricey but you might want to try:

They produce good software and their mock exams seem to hit just the right difficulty level. You can also visit:

http://www.certtutor.net. As you can see, they offer numerous mock tests on their home page and they are free. They are written by the site admin Orin Thomas who has written certification texts for MS Press. His philosophy is to write his mock tests to be a tad more difficult than the real thing with the idea that if you can pass one of his tests, you are probably ready to sit the actual exam. You have to create an account on the site to use the exams but it's free.
