It is my understanding that the MOC is only available to authorised training providers who do teach MOC courses, so unfortunately I think that the only way to obtain a copy would be to enrol on a course.

Have to tried the official MS Press Book as I'm sure that what's covered in those courses will be in there.

There are also LOTS of other books on the same subject many of which are rated better than the official one.

Doesnt seem to shwo me anybody can get the materials
its just a course outline saying the workbook and such is obtained as part of the course
you were right that only authorised trainers can distribute MOC courseware (infact they get in trouble if they dont use official courseware)

The bottom line essequibian, is that if you want the actual, official MOC you'll need to sign up for the courses from an authorized trainer. Otherwise, I'd do what Simon suggested and pick up a copy of this textbook: http://www.microsoft.com/MSPress/books/7721.asp

To be totally honest I wouldn't bother with the MOC book for Windows XP (70-270), your better off buying the MS Press or exam cram2 book because it covers a lot more of the exam content.

Probably the MS Press and EC2 texts. EC2 was never meant to be used as a stand alone source. It just covers the highlights.
