i just managed to get hold of an old pc with 64 RAM (which i think is SIMM) - 2 Dual Blocks with 32 on each... What type of RAM would safely mix with this?

    RAM is generally not mixable

do you know what the spec of the machine is? this will help us determine if its PC100 or PC133, or even older!!

Now, I know you can't mix it, and I know this sounds silly, but it's not my PC and I'm not willing to risk it :)

    Going from PC100 128mb to PC133 258mb DIMM's - is this ok?
