Mixing RAM

i just managed to get hold of an old pc with 64 RAM (which i think is SIMM) - 2 Dual Blocks with 32 on each... What type of RAM would safely mix with this?

RAM is generally not mixable

do you know what the spec of the machine is? this will help us determine if its PC100 or PC133, or even older!!

 

its a HP Vectra VL - Pentium MMX 200MHz

 

Go to this site:

http://www.crucial.com/store/listmfgr.asp?cat=RAM

and use their "crucial memory advisor" tool to determine what kind of RAM sticks your machine takes. DO NOT MIX RAM! Bad things can happen.

 

ill have to hook the pc up to the net and see what i get!
