Hey guys I got my Mike Myers book this morning.

I'm having trouble understanding whether or not I've to read the entire book or just focus on certain parts? It seems that every section is interlaced with one another.

It doesn't make it clear which part is 601 (essentials) either, any ideas? I'm looking to study for 602 as well as the standard 601 of course.

I used the same book mate, what I did was just read the book cover to cover, ignoring whether its for Essentials or IT Technician. The exams are so similar, its the logical way to do it :)

Good luck with the studying mate, if you have any problems or questions, stick em up here! :biggrin

I don't think Meyers has bothered to rework his book too much since the new exams have come out. All the information is there anyway and it's pretty accessable, so I wouldn't worry, too much.

The previous edition wasn't separated out into different exams either. When I took the exams I discovered why - there was considerable overlap in the questions I got in the exams!

I suspect the same is true for the new objectives.

Thanks. I can use the royalties (although for once, I really wasn't trying to promote myself).
