hi I have mike meyers 6th edition

can I still use this edition ? or is it best to purchase the latest one.

The 6th edition is a good read but does not cover all of the competancies the latest version will cover, and if you are interested in getting certified, the older version will leave you hanging. ;)

I would agree that you should probably purchase the latest version if you can. The older version will give you the fundamentals, but won't cover the latest topics that may be on the exam.
