The Mike Meyers All in one guide teaches you all of the objectives for the A+. The passport book is a condensed version which is for revision puposes only.

We have had people on here before who are totally new to IT using the passport book and they have failed because they haven't learned the objectives fully.

So get both read the AIO book first and then use the passport book for revising or just get the AIO and make notes or highlight points you feel neccesary and use those points for revision.
